AT THE TABLE
The restaurant of Hotel Derby, managed by the owners, offers typically home-made, tasty and plentiful specialities, in accord to the best tradition of local cuisine.
For breakfast we have a well-stocked buffet, with croissants, angel food cakes and home-made pies, cheeses, cold cuts, orange and pineapple juices and different kinds of warm drinks like coffee, tea and milk.
For the main meals, meat or fish specialities and a buffet of raw vegetables.
For our youngest guests vegetable soups and vegetable broths are prepared without any problems.
